The conditions which can be treated with FSM are many and varied.
The list below is merely an indicator of the range of conditions which can be treated.
Conditions which can be treated with Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) include:
Acute Myofascial Pain
• Ligament sprains, muscle strains, muscle cramps & spasms
• Deep and superficial muscle bruises with/without hematoma
• Pain associated with fractures & dislocations
NOTE : Along with reduction in pain and swelling from the fracture, a reduction in the time it takes for a fracture to heal is also possible.
• Injuries to the spine, neck, ribs and back
• Whiplash cervical injury
• Injuries to soft tissues such as bursitis, tendonitis, shin splints, growing pains
• Acute gout
• Acute pain of the tempromandibular joint (TMJ)
• Acute rotator cuff injury
• Acute low back pain
NOTE : Microcurrent treatment within 4 to 24 hours of an acute injury may stop further progression of pain and inflammation promoting rapid healing. This aspect of FSM treatment has attracted the attention of professional sports trainers and doctors attending professional and elite athletes. FSM is now being used in the USA in the NFL, NBA, NHL and MLB.

Stress
Stress is with most of us to some extent. Acute stress is handled by a special part of the nervous system known as the autonomic or “automatic” nervous sytem. This specialized interconnection of nerves, brain and adrenal glands regulates most of our unconscious activities such as heart rate, digestion, size of pupils, tension of muscles, etc.
When stress is prolonged or associated with worry and anxiety, the toll on the body begins to mount, and the likelihood of a chronic disease, infection, or even start of a cancer increases.
In chronic stress, we are constantly in a state of “fight or flight” rather than in the more normal state of “rest and digest”. FSM has an excellent track record of rebalancing the Autonomic Nervous System thereby promoting relaxation and better healing.
